Holy Spirit Empowerment Global Church is an online ministry dedicated to spiritual growth, biblical teaching, prayer, and inner transformation. Founded by Donia Walsh, the church exists to help individuals develop spiritual maturity, strengthen their relationship with God, and walk in clarity, discipline, and purpose. Through Discipleship, structured teaching and biblical insight, the ministry emphasizes renewal of the mind, emotional maturity, and Holy Spirit-led living.
Our online church community gathers weekly for Sunday services and daily devotional,, and fellowship inside our dedicated WhatsApp community. Sunday services are held online, where members receive biblical teaching, prophetic encouragement, and corporate prayer. Throughout the week, we remain connected through prayer support, spiritual mentorship, personal development, accountability, and community engagement, creating a consistent and accessible space for believers to grow wherever they are located.
Our Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God and the foundation for faith and life.
We believe in one God revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died for our sins, rose again, and will return in glory to rapture his church
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, and that believers are regenerated by the Holy Spirit and called to live holy, disciplined, and Spirit-led lives.
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, commissioned to worship God, make disciples, serve , and advance the Gospel worldwide.

Pastor and Founder
Prophetess Donia Walsh is the Pastor and Founder of Holy Spirit Empowerment Global Church Online, a global digital ministry dedicated to biblical teaching, prayer, prophetic insight, and spiritual maturity. With a deep commitment to helping individuals grow in faith and clarity, she leads with structure, compassion, and spiritual authority.
As both a licensed minister and Soul Alignment Coach, Prophetess Donia integrates scriptural truth with disciplined personal development, guiding believers to renew their minds, strengthen their spirit, and walk in purpose. Her leadership reflects both lived experience and continued growth, equipping individuals to overcome cycles, mature spiritually, and live with conviction and confidence.

In addition to our online services, HSEGC also hosts in person events designed to bring our community together for powerful times of worship, teaching, fellowship, and spiritual empowerment. These gatherings create opportunities for believers to connect face to face, strengthen relationships within the community, and experience the presence of God in a deeper way.

Equipped to Lead
The Holy Spirit Empowerment Global Church Ministers Leadership Licensing and Ordination Program is designed to equip individuals who feel called to serve in ministry with strong biblical understanding, spiritual maturity, and practical leadership development.
Those who are interested in exploring ministry are invited to begin in the Ministers Hub, a free community where weekly ministry insights, leadership encouragement, and spiritual guidance are shared to help individuals grow in their calling.
Inside the hub, participants will also find spiritual growth workbooks and discipleship resources designed to strengthen faith, deepen biblical understanding, and support personal development in Christ.
For those who desire a deeper spiritual foundation, the 20 Week Discipleship Training Program provides structured teaching and workbook guidance to help believers grow in their relationship with God and develop consistent spiritual disciplines.
Individuals who sense a call to ministry leadership may also enroll in the 12 Week Ministers Licensing and Ordination Training Program, located in the Learning Section. This structured training covers ministry foundations, biblical interpretation, pastoral care, leadership development, and ethical ministry practices.
This pathway allows individuals to begin in the Ministers Hub, grow through discipleship training, and then pursue formal preparation for licensing and ordination through Holy Spirit Empowerment Global Church.
